Comment: Built in Goteborg ( Sweden ) in 1953, and launched in may that year, as "Leeward Islands". Purchased in 1964 and renamed "Bajamar". Sold in 1968 to L. Harboe Jensen & Co., Oslo and renamed "Bonzo". Transferred to Sigurd Haavik A/S, Haugesund that same year. Later "Fortuna Reefer" of Nassau, Bahamas 1974, Panamanian "Thanassis K" in 1982. It was used as a smuggler and was intervened by the police. The Spanish Navy bought it in a public auction. It was enlisted the 6th of december 1983, after some conversions had been made. Has a small platform that enables it to operate with light helicopters.
